Risk is inherent in everything that we do and it’s therefore no surprise that risk management holds a high level of importance within project management. Risk management is not an optional activity in any organization; risk management is essential to successful organization performance.
Risk management is how to handle the uncertain future events that may affect the objectives of the organization in order to minimize the bad or negative impact and to increase and enhance the positive effect.
This course offers the required information and knowledge about risk and risk management, the attendees will get the knowledge, tools and techniques required to effectively implement the risk management activities in their projects.
The course will also support the attendees to prepare for the PMI-RMP certification exam.
