Overall Course Objective

By the end of this full-day course, participants will be able to effectively manage their time, prioritize tasks, and enhance their productivity while developing strategies to cope with stress and improve their managerial planning skills.

Module 1: Value of Time

After completing this module, participants will be able to:

  • Assess their current time management practices and identify areas for improvement
  • Understand the importance of time management and its impact on personal and professional success
  • Apply the four generations of time management techniques to their daily routines
  • Develop a personalized system for setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and creating effective plans
  • Implement strategies to overcome procrastination and increase personal productivity

Module 2: Coping with Stress
