Courses Introduction:

Managing changes is an essential skill for effective leaders.  Dealing with change and more importantly, the impact of change is a high priority for all organizations.

Change management is a systematic approach to dealing with change both from the perspective of an organization and the individual. Change management is the process, tools and techniques to manage the people side of change to achieve the required business outcome. Change management incorporates the organizational tools that can be utilized to help individuals make successful personal transitions resulting in the adoption and realization of change

Course objectives:

At the end of this course the attendees will be able to

  2. List the different models of change management
  3. Understand why people resist the change
  4. List the 8 steps of change management
  5. Apply the 8 steps of change management

  1. Empowering Broad-Based Action
  2. Generating Short-Term Wins
  3. Consolidating Gains & Producing More Change
  4. Anchoring New Approaches in the Culture
